We are aware of spoof calls to our members impersonating our Fraud Department and BlueOx employees and requesting debit card numbers. BlueOx will never ask for your card number over the phone or send links regarding your account. If you have received a call like this, please contact us at (800) 648-8035 to confirm it's a legitimate message.
Remember - always be cautious and never share your personal information, such as account numbers or social security numbers, with anyone who calls or texts you.
