request credit card agreement

To request a copy of your credit card agreement, please call us at 800.648.8035 or send us an email request to contactus@blueoxcu.org. We'll provide the requested agreement within a reasonable timeframe, not to exceed 30 days.

Please note: Do not include personal information in your request (account numbers, Social Security Number, or other sensitive information).
