We’re remodeling our Portage branch and preparing to re-open our lobby with an all new-experience! Combining self-service options with personal, 1:1 support when you need it.
What you’ll see in the updated branch lobby:
- A Member Concierge Desk for guidance, questions, and next-step support
- A new layout designed for more privacy and less waiting
- 1 i-Teller Machine ITM for simple everyday transactions

how to bank while construction is happening
While the branch lobby is temporarily closed during construction, you'll still have secure ways to bank.
i-Teller machines
The outdoor and vestibule ITMs will still be available for everyday transactions
Examples:
- Cash/check deposits
- Cash withdrawals
- Transfers and payments
- Balance inquiries
online & mobile banking (anytime access)
Check balances, transfer funds, pay bills, deposit checks, and more.
virtual appointments
While in-person appointments will be temporarily unavailable at the Portage branch during this time, members can still make virtual appointments for their banking needs.
