i-Teller Machines
Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) or i-Tellers are interactive “I do my own banking” ATM machines with a personal touch. They provide face-to-face assistance from a real BlueOx employee who is knowledgeable and ready to assist you using live video chat technology – all the convenience of an ATM with the personal service of a live teller, PLUS more convenience and functionality!
what to expect
Our i-Teller Machines are so easy to use! Most teller transactions can be done with an i-Teller. Simply tap the screen and wait to be connected with one of our i-Teller Specialists. At the ITM, you'll be able to deposit cash and checks, make withdrawals, transfer within your account, make loan payments, talk to our iTeller Specialist about your account, and so much more.
i-Teller tips
- Have your ID ready. Our i-Teller Specialists will need to take a look to verify you.
- If you don't want to speak with a Specialist, insert your BlueOx Debit Card to utilize the machine as an ATM.
- Making a withdrawal? You can ask for your cash back in certain denominations. Our ITMS offers $100, $20, $5, and $1 denominations.
- The wait time for an i-Teller is significantly shorter than waiting in line inside. You can expect to speak with an i-Teller Specialist in about 2 minutes.

ITMs are conveniently located at every BlueOx Branch and available for you to use:
Monday through Thursday - 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Friday - 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Saturday - 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Missy Skelton
Missy is our iBranch Assistant Manager. She has been with BlueOx Credit Union for just over a month. Her favorite thing about our i-Tellers is that they're not much different than being in the lobby - it's just from the comfort of your own car!
Kari Stevens
Kari is one of our iTeller Specialists and has been with BlueOx for two years now! We're so thankful for her and the relationships she builds with each and every member. Kari's favorite BlueOx service is our Debit-Card Round-Up.
Don Vincent
Don is another i-Teller Specialist, and he's been with BlueOx for almost a year. He love's the ability the i-Teller Machine gives him to assist members all across the state rather than just at one Branch in one city. Fun fact about Don, he used to be one of the top-ranked barrel racers in the world through the IBRA!
