what is an i-Teller?

i-Tellers are interactive “I do my own banking” ATM machines with a personal touch. They provide face-to-face assistance from a knowledgeable i-Teller specialist using live video chat technology. Think of it as video chatting in real-time with your favorite BlueOx teller! Allowing our members to have the convenience of an ATM with the personal service you’ve come to expect at BlueOx Credit Union.

i-Teller transactions

Any financial transactions you’re used to performing through a traditional branch setting or drive-thru can be completed on an i-Teller. These include cash and check deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and so much more! In need of assistance or have a question about your transaction? Don’t worry; an i-Teller specialist or Member Service Representative will be there to guide you through every step!

i-Teller locations and hours

There's an ITM conveniently located at every BlueOx Branch and available to use:

Monday through Thursday - 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Friday - 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Saturday - 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Outside the noted hours, our i-Teller machines function like traditional ATMs and are available 24/7!

i-Teller benefits
 

• Quick transactions – The wait time for an i-Teller is significantly shorter than waiting in line inside. You can expect to speak with an i-Teller Specialist in about 2 minutes!
• Security – i-Tellers offer private and secure live assistance. Additional privacy is available if members would rather communicate through text messaging.
• Simple to use – The ease of an ATM with more functionality.
• Personalized service – Members can choose their preferred language and speak to a real BlueOx employee about their account!
• Instant funds – All cash deposits made through the i-Teller will be available immediately.

i-Teller tips

• Have your ID ready. Our i-Teller Specialists will need to take a look to verify you.
• If you don't want to speak with a Specialist, insert your BlueOx Debit Card to utilize the machine as an ATM.
• Making a withdrawal? You can ask for your cash back in certain denominations. Our ITMS offers $100, $20, $5, and $1 denominations.
