A: No, if your BlueOx Debit or Credit Card is turned off in Card Controls, Mobile Wallet transactions will be declined.

Q: If I turn my BlueOx Debit or Credit Card off in Card Controls, will they still work in internet retailing sites where my card number is stored?

A: No, if your BlueOx Debit or Credit Card is turned off in Card Controls, any online transactions you attempt will be declined. However, if you have a card saved on a retail site, the site may try more than once to process the card they have on file. Once you unlock your card the transaction may be accepted.

Q: If I turn my BlueOx Debit or Credit Card off in Card Controls, will my pre-authorized payments be declined?

A: Yes, if your BlueOx Debit or Credit Card is turned off in Card Controls, pre-authorized payments, such as utility bills, Netfix, auto insurance, etc., set up with your cards will be declined.

Q: Why does the Manage My Cards screen in the Mobile App show extra Debit or Credit Cards?

A: Active cards will always show in the Manage My Card screen. If you have a newly re-issued card, your old card will show until that card is closed and removed from your account.

Q: Is there a cost to use Card Controls?

A: There is no cost. Card Controls is a free feature within the BlueOx Mobile App.
